Bio

Eseosa entered his professional journey at The Hawthorns with confidence off the back of a positive campaign in front of goal for Albion Under-18s.

He was among the top of the goalscoring charts for the scholarship group during his last term with the 18s, notching nine goals in the U18 Premier League South. That didn't stop him finding the net for the 21s team either with Sule scoring three times - with his most notable contribution coming against Arsenal, where his second-half brace helped the Baggies to a 3-0 over the Gunners.

Sule left Scottish giants Celtic to join Albion's scholarship programme in January 2023.

Following ten years in the Hoops' youth setup, "Sosa" made an important impression during the early stages of his first spell in English football with the Baggies.

Born in Glasgow, Sule spent the second half of the 2022/23 campaign with the U18s but featured intermittently in the PL2 side. Eseosa scored a rocket during the 21s' final game of the season against Leeds United to seal a 2-1 win and not long after, the striker penned pro terms with Albion on his 17th birthday to commit his future to the club until June 2025.

The 24/25 campaign saw Eseosa fight back from a disappointing start to the campaign in front of goal by finishing as the 21s' leading talisman. Overall, Sule notched an impressive 14 strikes across PL youth competitions as well as four assists.

More importantly for his professional development, Eseosa was able to add a senior appearance next to his name on the stats sheet - coming off the bench like so many of his young team-mates in the Carabao Cup clash with Fleetwood Town in August 2024.

The forward will hope those moments can act as a platform to build off heading into his next career steps, with plenty of options available for the clinical striker.
