Bio
Noah can use previous academy graduates as inspiration as he looks to make the step up to senior football with Albion.
Another player who played plenty of 18s football while still an U16 during the 2023/24 term, Dupont is a centre-back with plenty of potential and one who can look to the likes of Dara O'Shea and, more recently, Caleb Taylor, regarding the progression and future of young defenders at the club.
Hailing from Worcester, DuPont has been an Albion player since the age of six and has leadership characteristics he will hope to utilise during his career in the game.
In addition to his momentum at club level, Noah has also earned recognition for New Zealand at international level in the youth setup - making his national debut as a 15-year-old. He featured for the Kiwis in the FIFA U17 World Cup during the 2023 tournament, and more recently played in friendlies during the summer of 2025.
Those international appearances came after DuPont had signed his first professional contract at Albion in April 2025 - a two-year deal until the summer of 2027. The contract was offered to the defender after he helped the club's U18s reach the last eight of the FA Youth Cup during the 24/25 campaign, with Noah a key part of that team in the heart of defence.
Like his fellow team-mates, there was a handful of 21s appearances to DuPont's name at the end of that season as a result of his progressive performances.
Noah will hope for similar success with his country but, more importantly, the Baggies as he looks to reach his professional goals.
