Iddrisa was thrown straight into the senior fold at The Hawthorns in 2024.
Having only just penned scholarship terms with the Baggies during the summer, Carlos Corberán utilised Dauda in his senior pre-season plans.
He featured against Cambridge United, and impressed enough for Corberán to hand him his senior debut once the 2024/25 campaign had commenced.
The midfielder, who can also play in defence, came off the bench during Albion's Carabao Cup defeat to Fleetwood Town in August 2024. A positive season - which included helping his 18s team-mates to the quarter-finals of the FA Youth Cup - resulted in Iddrisa being offered and, as a result, signing his first professional contract with the club. The youngster penned a two-and-a-half year deal, keeping him at The Hawthorns until June 2027.
The defensive-midfielder - who can also play centre-back - spent most of the 24/25 campaign in the PL2 side after catching the eye in pre-season, making 20 appearances for the development team, scoring two goals against Leeds and Liverpool.
Dauda was born in Italy and grew up in Brescia before moving the UK as an eight-year-old. Although he has Ghanian and Italian heritage, it's the latter which Iddrisa has chosen to represent on the international football scene - starting regularly in the Blues' youth teams, most recently at U17 level. He also played every match for the Blues during their U17 European Championship tournament in the summer of 2025, which unfortunately saw them exit in the semi-finals against Portugal.
Since his move to England, Dauda has grown up around the club's epicentre in West Bromwich. He joined Albion as a 10-year-old and has progressed through the ranks in pursuit of his professional goals.
