Like other youngsters before him, Francis-Caesar joined the Baggies from a London academy. 

The XYZ Football Academy helped Jaiden showcase his ability against other youth opposition, which resulted in him earning a trial with the Baggies in 2024. 

A striker, Francis-Caesar completed a successful examination in Albion's U18s to earn a two-year scholarship deal until 2026. 

Jaiden appeared in the U18 Premier League South division over the 24/25 season, with more of the same in-store during his second term as a scholar.
