You should only provide information about them if you are authorised to do so.
Gift Voucher(s)
West Bromwich Albion Football Club Match Tickets Gift Vouchers (“Gift Vouchers”) can be used to purchase West Bromwich Albion home match ticket(s) or season ticket(s) (together a “Match Ticket”) only. Such Match Tickets are subject to the relevant match or season ticket terms and conditions that apply to such Match Ticket.
Gift Vouchers are sold in pound sterling and are available in denominations of £5 up to a maximum of £50.
You can redeem a Gift Voucher against a Match Ticket online at www.tickets.wba.co.uk or at the Club’s Ticket Office. No fees apply to Gift Vouchers. Gift Vouchers will be sent electronically to the email address provided by the purchaser. No physical gift vouchers will be provided.
If at the time of redemption, the cost of your purchase:
- is less than the balance on the Gift Voucher, the unused balance will remain on the Gift Voucher for use towards future purchases of Match Tickets;
- exceeds the balance on the Gift Voucher, the remaining amount must be paid by you using one of the accepted payment methods acceptable to the Club.
Limitations of Gift Vouchers:
- Match Tickets are subject to availability and Gift Vouchers can only be redeemed against purchases of available Match Tickets at The Hawthorns. They cannot be redeemed against any other purchases.
- Gift Vouchers and/or any unused balance cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash.
- Damaged, altered or cancelled Gift Vouchers will not be accepted.
- Gift Vouchers, and any unused balance linked to that Gift Voucher, will expire 12 months from the date that the Gift Voucher was purchased.
- No refunds will be issued in respect of a Gift Voucher purchased at the Club’s Ticket Office. If a Gift Voucher was purchased online through the Club, the purchaser of the Gift Voucher can request a refund at any time within fourteen calendar days beginning on the day after the purchaser received the Gift Voucher provided that the Gift Voucher is unused. To cancel, the purchaser will need to give a clear statement that the purchaser wishes to cancel, which shall include the purchaser’s name, address, contact details, and the gift voucher that the purchaser wishes to cancel and send this to www.tickets@wbafc.co.uk. Any reimbursement will be made using the same means as payment as you used for the initial transaction unless we agree otherwise.
- A Gift Voucher cannot be used to purchase other Gift Voucher(s) and cannot be sold or exchanged for cash or any other prepaid payment instrument.
- Gift Vouchers will not be replaced if lost or stolen.
- Gift Vouchers cannot be used for any illegal or unauthorised purpose.
- Gift Vouchers purchased through a third party other than with permission of the Club cannot be redeemed.
Failing to comply with these terms and conditions may result in the Club taking action(s) against you and/or any other third party, including, but not limited to, preventing the redemption of Gift Voucher(s) or revoking Gift Voucher balances. In addition to any other rights available to the Club, the Club has the right to cancel any order where it suspects or becomes aware that a Gift Voucher has been used fraudulently as part of that transaction.
Treat Gift Vouchers like cash. The Club is not responsible for lost, destroyed or stolen Gift Vouchers or where Gift Vouchers are used without your permission. The Gift Vouchers can be used by anyone in possession of the Gift Voucher. The Club is not obliged to check the identity of a person using the Gift Voucher. However, the Club reserves the right to request identification if for whatever reason it decides to do so.
